Based in Addielou, Texas, the Andrews Rodeo Company is a premier, family-owned stock contracting business led by 3rd-generation contractor Sammy Andrews . They supply award-winning bucking stock and produce PRCA events across the Southwest, and now including the long-running Rodeo de Santa Fe.
The Andrews family has spent four generations heavily involved in the rodeo and ranching industry. Sammy Andrews grew up on his father’s northeast Texas ranch, rode bareback horses, and competed in steer wrestling. He bought his PRCA card in 1987 and started Buckers Inc., a breeding and contracting organization later integrated into American Bucking Bull Incorporated. Today, Sammy’s son, James Andrews, shares the day-to-day responsibilities of running the business, handling the extensive stock, and managing award-winning livestock breeding.
