The following partnership opportunities and benefits are a guide to what partners can expect for their investment in the Rodeo de Santa Fe.
Rodeo de Santa Fe Committee welcomes your feedback on partnership benefits and is happy to work with you to ensure that your marketing and promotional objectives are met.

Contracts must be signed before print ad deadlines. Payment due in full by June 1. No logos on day sheets

ANNOUNCER STAND PARTNER - $10,000
Custom Package
- Banners on Rodeo Road during the event and on the Announcer stand year-round.
- Business featured in radio and TV advertising Providing contract is signed and paid for by print or airtime.
- Business on Jumbo Tron as an instant rodeo replay
- Logo with link on website year round
- Flag displayed during all grand entries/parade – 1st in line RDSF to provide if you do not have one.
- 10 GA tickets to the rodeo – each night
- Includes VIP seating for 8 – Reserved table at front of VIP area each night, 8 drink tickets.
- 1 box seat each night seating 4 people
- Business and Logo on print media, provided contract is signed and paid by print date May 1st.
- Full page ad in Official Rodeo Program
- Booth space during the rodeo in vendor area if wanted.
SPECIALTY ACT - $8,500
Custom Package
- Banners on Rodeo Road and 2 in arena – you provide.
- Business featured in radio and TV advertising providing contract is signed and paid at time of print or airtime.
- Business on Jumbo Tron
- Business Logo on website with a link to you year-round.
- 8 GA tickets to the rodeo – each night
- Flag flown during each grand entry and before the Specialty act (Provided by RDSF, if you do not have one)
- 8 GA tickets to the rodeo – each night
- VIP passes for 6 with reserved table at front of VIP area each night and 6 drink tickets.
- 1 box seat for each night seating 4 people
- Business and Logo on print media providing contract is signed by print date May 1st.
- Full page ad in Official Rodeo Program
EVENT PARTNER - $7,000
Custom Package
- Banners on Rodeo Road and 2 in arena provided by you.
- Business mentioned during rodeo
- Business on Jumbo Tron
- Business mentioned in radio interviews providing contract is signed by airtime.
- Business Logo on website with a link to you year-round.
- 4 VIP passes good for all 4 nights with reserved table at front of VIP area with 4 drink tickets.
- 1 Box seat, seating 4
- 6 GA tickets to the rodeo – each night
- Flag carried during rodeo for each grand entry/parade and flown before the specified event each night (provided by RDSF if you do not have one)
- Full page ad in Official Rodeo Program
- Logo printed on day sheets by the event sponsored.
CHUTE PARTNER - $5,000
Custom Package
VIP treatment
- Banners hung on Chute year-round and Rodeo Road for the month of June – provided by you.
- Business mentioned each time that chute gate is swung open.
- Business logo on Jumbo Tron
- 8 GA tickets to the rodeo 4 Wednesday/ 4 Thursday night
- Includes VIP seating for four with 4 drink tickets.
- Business and logo listed on website with a link to you year-round.
- Business listed on day sheets
- 1/2-page ad in Official Rodeo Program
SPECIAL EVENT PARTNER - $3000
Exceptional Rodeo or Royalty Partner
Custom Package
- Banners hung on arena fence and Rodeo Road – provided by you.
- Business on Jumbo Tron
- 6 GA tickets to the rodeo on Wednesday or Thursday night
- VIP seating for two with 2 drink tickets
- Business and logo listed on website with a link to you year-round.
- 1/4-page ad in Official program
- If a Royalty sponsor, logos will be on jackets and trailers of each girl holding the title.
ROUGH STOCK (Animal Athletes) SPONSOR- $1500

Basic Package
- Your business mentioned when specific Bronc or Bull comes out of the gate and on Day sheet.
- 2 GA tickets to the Rodeo each night
- Business logo listed on website with a link to you year-round.
- Banner on Rodeo Rd or in the arena, you decide banner provided by you.
