Livestock Entry Requirements
Rodeo de Santa Fe is STRICTLY enforcing the livestock entry requirements of the New Mexico Livestock Board and State Veterinarian’s Office. The following is required for inspection prior to entering the Rodeo de Santa Fe Grounds:
All livestock entering the premises must have a Health Certificate (Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection) within 30 days of entry.
All horses must have a negative Coggins test form within 12 months of entry.
All livestock from Valencia County, New Mexico must have a Health Certificate (Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection) within 7 days of entry and a brand inspection certificate within 7 days of to entry.
Any livestock hauler not meeting these requirements will not be allowed entry to the Rodeo de Santa Fe grounds and New Mexico Livestock Board inspectors will be notified immediately. Entry fees will be forfeited.
All livestock on the Rodeo de Santa Fe Grounds are subject to inspection by the Rodeo de Santa Fe veterinarians and NM Livestock Board inspectors.
These requirements are subject to change at any time in order to comply with the recommendations of the New Mexico State Veterinarian’s office.
